Welcome to Beverly Woods PTA!

At BWE, we have a very active PTA! The PTA Volunteers help keep BWE an exceptional neighborhood school and a fun place to grow and learn. Our parents are extremely involved and committed to their children’s education.

Beverly Woods Elementary is a K-5 school located in South Charlotte, serving approximately 620 students. Our school has a rich history of success and is a long-standing pillar in the local community thanks to an amazing collection of students, parents, and staff. We are proud to have been honored as a National School of Character as well as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.

Beverly Woods strives to develop students who “Explore, Lead, and Serve.” Students are encouraged to satisfy their natural curiosities and are provided various leadership opportunities focused on serving their local community. Character education is at the root of our work and is embedded into daily classroom discussions, our PTA Character Education program and classroom guidance. Beverly Woods has also been designated a Paideia School which is integrated into our school through Paideia Seminars for students, staff, and parents.
